Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the team in both serving and bartending duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of beverages, excellent serving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Utilize cash handling procedures and operate a cash register or POS system.
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events.
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a Bartender or Server.
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register or POS system (experience with Square is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
